A calm two-floor villa in a quiet Cretan village, 12 km from Rethymno, for up to 6 guests. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus an extra WC. A 31 m² private pool with built-in hydromassage in an enclosed garden, a BBQ and a wood-fired oven, and a 40 m² first-floor veranda with sea views for long dinners. The beach is 3 km away and a village taverna 100 m. Villa Asteri next door and Villa Myrrini 50 m away suit families travelling together.

Villa Kitron has about 120 m² inside, over two floors, with a pool, a garden and a large veranda. Some of the group can stay by the water while others read in the garden or take a drink upstairs.

Good to know

• Check-in from 15:30, check-out by 11:00. Guests are usually welcomed in person by the owner’s family.
• One mid-stay clean for stays of 6–7 nights, more for longer stays, with fresh bed linen and towels each time. Pool towels are provided.
• Not wheelchair accessible: one step at the entrance, 4 steps down to the pool and 15 steps up to the first floor.
• Beach towels and insect screens are not provided.
• One exterior security camera covers only the parking and the entrance. It records during stays and does not cover the pool, the veranda or any other guest area.
• No smoking inside. Pets are welcome on request. Not suitable for parties or events.
• For bigger groups, Villa Asteri next door and Villa Myrrini 50 m away can be booked together with Villa Kitron (MAZI), for up to 20 guests.
• The Greek climate resilience fee (€15 per night April–October, €4 per night November–March) is paid at the villa on arrival.
