A private villa among olive trees in Stavromenos, 11 km from Rethymno, with open views to the sea. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, all on one level, for up to 8 guests. A 34 m² overflow pool, and six steps up, a pergola with a large dining table, sofas, BBQ and a wood-fired oven for long dinners at sunset. The nearest beach is about 800 m away, and a supermarket, a bakery and several places to eat are a few minutes away.

About 150 m² indoors, all on one level, in an enclosed olive-grove setting. The sea is in view from the living room, one of the double bedrooms, the pool and the pergola.

• Double bedroom 1 (150 × 200 cm), sea view, en-suite shower room
• Double bedroom 2 (180 × 200 cm), door to the pool terrace; separate bathroom right beside it with shower, used only by this room (the washer and dryer are here too)
• Twin bedroom 1 (two 90 × 200 cm beds), en-suite shower room
• Twin bedroom 2 (two 90 × 200 cm beds), own balcony, en-suite shower room

Outside

• Private overflow pool, approx. 34 m² (5 × 6.75 m), 1.00–1.50 m deep; unheated, no hydromassage
• No separate children’s pool, and the pool is not fenced, although the property is enclosed: children need an adult watching at all times
• Eight sunbeds, four umbrellas and an outdoor shower
• Upper pergola, six steps up: large dining table, two sofas, BBQ and a traditional wood-fired oven

• Bed setup: as standard two double and two twin rooms. On request (€20 per change), the twin beds can be joined into 180 × 200 cm doubles, or the 180 × 200 cm double can be split into two singles.

Good to know

• Check-in from 15:30, check-out by 11:00. Guests are usually welcomed in person by the owner’s family.
• One mid-stay clean for stays of 6–7 nights, more for longer stays, with fresh bed linen and towels each time. Pool towels are provided.
• Not beachfront: the nearest beach is about 800 m away. A car is recommended; the bus stop is about 400 m away.
• Not wheelchair accessible: two steps from the parking to the entrance, and six steps up to the pergola. Inside, everything is on one level.
• Beach towels and insect screens are not provided. There is no EV charging point at this villa.
• No smoking inside. Pets are welcome on request. Not suitable for parties or events.
• The Greek climate resilience fee (€15 per night April–October, €4 per night November–March) is paid at the villa on arrival.
