The space
A spacey (60m2) entire house ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends (2-4 guests). It offers a  living room with 2 single sofa beds and a separate  bedroom with double bed. All furniture have a history of a century and are well preserved. A separate kitchen fully equipped with electrical appliances such as an oven, a fridge, a toaster, drinking water filter, espresso machine, crockery, cutlery and everything that a household requires. A beautifully fitted bathroom, equipped with quality amenities. A desk suitable for work and a laptop device, along with an lcd monitor is also provided.

(Truly) private terrace
The house opens out to a spacious yard of 70 sq.meters, with two tables, built-in benches, lounge chairs and sunbeds, which gives the guest a feeling of absolute privacy with panoramic views of the Aegean sea, the sunrise and the whole view of the village Exo Gonia and Kamari. When Anafi Island is not visible, it is difficult to distinguish between the beginning of the horizon and the end of the sea. Lodras’ house is called by the people of the village as the pending balcony.

Guest access
In case you have not chosen to rent a vehicle, there is a bus stop just a few steps from the house. At the same distance there is free private parking and taxi transit potential. Of course the shuttle service is available upon request. Vehicle rental is recommended.

Lodras’ House follows low-environmental-impact practices and is equipped with green material and facilities to create a more eco-friendly house.

Water Purification system provides our guests with unlimited drinking water of the highest quality and saves you from buying and carrying the well-known in the Greek islands 6-packs of mineral water.
If adopted widely, that would make a substantial relief to the fragile Cycladic ecosystem which suffers many tons of plastic yearly!

The air-conditioner embodies the latest Inverter technology for the minimum energy use and moreover the latest refrigerant technology R32 for minimum environmental footprint.

We encourage our guests to use electricity and water with caution and help the administrators of the house to prudently use it as well (in laundry and all supportive services)
